DUI
Patrol officers responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on the Boston Post Road, July 14 at 1:07 a.m.
According to the report, police located the vehicle a short time later and had the driver, Sergio Soler, 31, of 42 Botsford Ave., Milford, perform standardized roadside sobriety tests, which he failed.
Soler was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI).
He was released after posting $50 bond for court Aug. 3.
Speeding, DUI
A New Haven man drove through a radar patrol on the Boston Post Road, traveling 66 mph in a 40 mph zone, July 14 at 1:10 a.m.
Officers stopped the car and administered roadside sobriety tests on the driver, Timothy Morton, 37, of 109 Thompson St.
Morton was taken into custody and charged with DUI and speeding.
He was released after posting $50 bond for court Aug. 3.
DUI, Possession
Orange police responded to a report of a single car accident on Derby-Milford Road, July 14 at 2:21 a.m.
According to the report, Nora Walczak, 21, of 2102 East Main St., Bridgeport, was arrested after performing roadside sobriety tests.
She was charged with DUI, failure to drive in a proper lane and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was released after posting $50 bond for court Aug. 3.
