Police and Fire personnel rushed to Marsh Hill Road near the Restaurant Depot on a report of an accident around 2:35 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
The I-95 Southbound exit 41 was closed along with Marsh Hill at Indian River Road as Firefighters, police accident reconstructionists and paramedics did their jobs.
A small red Mazda truck had severe front end damage from the impact with a utility pole (in the direction of Indian River Road).
Orange Live will not post the photos of the crash out of respect for the family.
The latest report is that the driver was still alive when the ambulance transported him to the hospital.

Engine 34 (shown here) left the scene at 3:38 p.m. and police cars took its place in blocking the road.
4:32 p.m. The Road is being open to traffic.
4:45 p.m. Fire Dept left the scene
