Orange Park & Rec began a new Toddler Playgroup at the High Plains Community Center last week.
The program, run by Alice DiNicola, the mother of a toddler daughter,offers reading and craft activities, and free play in a quiet, safe environment, every Tuesday at 11 a.m.
Participation is $5 per child, or free with room membership. Register your child with the Park & Rec Department (203) 891-4790 .
On Friday, Oct. 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the Playgroup will host a Halloween Parade and Party โ Children will parade around the Community Center in their Halloween Costumes and then have a Pizza party (provided by Reno’s Pizza) Must RSVP by this afternoon so she has a head count.
