Infraction Ticket
Officers on traffic detail on the Boston Post Road observed a vehicle traveling with a defective headlight on Jan. 6 at 8:11 p.m.
Upon stopping the vehicle, officers observed marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
The driver, Lenny Perdomo, 19, of 166 Ferry St, New Haven was cited for the drug possession and the motor vehicle violations.
Perdomo was charged with possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana, driving without a license and driving with improper headlights.
Officers issued an infraction ticket.
Altercation
On Jan. 4 at 6:53 am., Orange Police served a warrant on Crissano Bell, 28, of 556 Hollister St., Stratford, after he was picked up by the Westport Police Department on an unrelated matter.
The warrant stemmed from an incident on June 13, 2012, when Bell reportedly entered the Urgent Care Center at 109 Bull Hill Lane and got into a physical altercation with an employee there.
He was charged with second-degree breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 7.
Disturbance
Officers served a warrant on Norberto Cales, 28, of 122 Knowlton St., Stratford, at 12:45 a.m., Jan. 4, after he was picked up by the Milford Police Department on an unrelated matter.
The warrant stemmed from an incident on March 11, 2012, when Cales reportedly got into an altercation at the Bear & Grill restaurant, which caused a disturbance and damaged restaurant property.
Cales was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
He was released after posting $1,000 bond for court Jan. 18.
