The former Milford police officer who killed Orange teens David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski on June 13, 2009 while speeding down the Boston Post Road at 94 mph will be sentenced on Wednesday, Jan. 16 according to a story published in the Milford Mirror newspaper.
After his trial last year, Jason Anderson was found guilty of misconduct with a motor vehicle and reckless driving, yet, acquitted of manslaughter charges.
He could face up to 10 years in prison.
