The Orange TPZC at work
The Town Plan & Zoning Commission meets at Town Hall, 617 Orange Center Road, on Tuesday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m.
The agenda is sparse this week, but it does contain two items of interest.
The Commission will update the public on the Request for Proposal (RFP)/Scope of Work Plan of Conservation and Development for the Town of Orange.
Then after reviewing the minutes of the last meeting; discussing old business; new business; and hearing the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s report, the Commission will move on to the public hearing.
The final item on the agenda is the subject that has been in the spotlight for several months – since last year – To Amend the Orange Zoning Regulations to define and regulate Fun Houses, Haunted Houses and other similar attractions.
