Madeline DePonte Neclerio, 91 of Boca Raton, FL went home to God on March 17, 2013.
She was the daughter of Luigi and Mary DePonte. She was the wife of the late John Neclerio who predeceased her in 1983.
A woman of great faith, she was a member of the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and enjoyed many years as a member of the Alleluia Club. She was a volunteer at the Debbie Rand Thrift Shop since 1992.
Madeline was born in New Haven, CT on February 19, 1922 and resided in Orange, CT before moving to Boca Raton in 1983.
She attended grammar school in New Haven, CT and graduated Hillhouse High School in 1939. She also attended and completed her course from New Haven School of Hairdressing.
Madeline is survived by four children, Matthew Neclerio, Mary DeGrandchamp (Mike), Jo-Ann DeRosa (Jack) and Barbara Rosato (Steve). She is predeceased by sisters Anne Criscuolo and Rose Lombardozzi and brother Frank DePonte.
She is survived by her brother Fred DePonte, living in Connecticut, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was deeply loved by her family and everyone who knew her. She had a big heart, was loving and giving to all, and was the greatest mom and nana. She touched the lives of many in her actions and prayers and will be remembered by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20 from 6-8pm at Babione Funeral Home, 1100 N Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL. The Funeral Mass will be Thursday, March 21 at 11am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL.
